i had high hopes, but this hotel barely meets 5 stars. the air conditioning smelled like sewage, and i had to suffer in the heat. the child-friendly facilities? an absolute joke! one would expect at least a small gesture for the inconvenience. i almost thought of giving a good review, but i just couldn't, unfortunately.

i loved the hotel and the large suite with a terrace. it had two bathrooms, which was great for our family. the breakfast on the terrace was delightful, and the sensorial spa was amazing with relaxing treatments. the peaceful landscaped courtyard added to the charm.

The resort had fantastic facilities that my kids loved, especially the fun activities at the Kids Club. We also enjoyed some bird watching and hiking in the beautiful surroundings. Our room was spacious, and the meals were simply delicious, especially the pizzas!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the panoramic suite, which offered stunning views all the way to Portimao and the ocean. The spacious accommodations were perfect for our family, and the kids loved the engaging activities at the Kids Club, especially with Carla leading the fun. The variety of food options, including the pizzeria, was delightful and added to our memorable experience. navigation between the different building blocks could be a bit confusing.

We had a lovely stay with amazing mountain views from our spacious suite and a daily surprise of fresh Nespresso pods. The wellness center was a dream, especially the sauna and Turkish bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. The room could be a bit hot in the evenings, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌟

the facilities were amazing, spacious room with a little kitchen and stunning mountain views. breakfast was super good, loved the omelettes! the spa was a big hit and we had it to ourselves, very clean and quiet. staff were all really friendly and made us feel welcome. oh, and snacks between meals were a nice touch!
